Windows: Open windows media player from the start menu, if it is not there, download and install the latest windows media player. From the File menu, select Open URL. In the resulting popup box enter the select stream URL from above and click OK.
OS X, Linux, *BSD: Download and install VLC. Open VLC and select: File->Open Network. In the resulting window, enter the streaming URL you wish to use in the "Address" field, and from the drop down marked "Protocol" select "MMS", and click OK.
